Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Gülüş Akademisi Oral and Dental Health Clinic, as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.

Data processed

Identity, contact, appointment and transaction details, and your health data, which is a special category of personal data.

Purposes and legal grounds

Providing diagnosis, treatment and care; managing appointments; tracking payments; and complying with legal obligations. Health data is processed under Article 6/3 KVKK for medical diagnosis and treatment by persons bound by confidentiality; your explicit consent is obtained for the mobile app and notification services.

Transfers

Data may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required and with infrastructure providers (hosting, SMS, notifications) to the extent necessary.
