- Health data: your appointments, treatments, payments and the blood type you provide.
- App data: device token for notifications, language preference, liked articles.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information (for security and error tracking).
How we use it
- To create and remind you of appointments and let you follow your treatment.
- To inform you via notifications, SMS or email.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is shared only with hosting, SMS and notification (Google Firebase) providers as required to deliver the service, and with authorities where legally required.
Retention and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, accessible only to authorised clinic staff, and access is logged. Health records are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights and account deletion
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data. You can request account deletion in the app via Profile > Delete my account or by emailing info@gulusakademisi.com.
